Currently we are looking for:

Telemarketing

This position involves maintaining contact with prospective customers of our data bank whom we have got to know on exhibitions or which have appealed to our announcements in leading European real estate magazines.

We will send our current brochure with an introductory letter from our company and keep constant contact with them, with the aim to lead them by an inspection weekend (3-4 days) or by arranged viewings in our area.  Experience in telemarketing (phone sales preparation) is an advantage but not absolutely essential we guarantee complete orientation and training. The ideal person has an excellent telephone skills with by a with a trustworthy and professional personality, because you represent our enterprise towards the prospective customer. This position is very important, because a continuous contact care does not allow to fall into oblivion our name and our high-class product.

Full-or part-time employment, contract with salary and bonus.

Sales adviser

If you are a young, dynamic person with experience in sales and have language skills, we want to win you as a complement to our sales team. We currently have an extensive customer potential in the German-and English-speaking market, which constantly provides room for expansion. We have agencies that work everywhere in Europe for us and we carry out with our sales staff exhibitions abroad with which we win direct customers.

Office manager

A competent and representative person at the front desk of our Spanish office is extremely important. The ideal person needs to be able to cope with the daily necessary office work as well as to have all incoming calls are under control.

Since we have a multinational clientele, it is essential that the suitable person speaks  English, Spanish, German, and if possible French or Dutch. An excellent telephone manner is essential, as well as good computer skills.

It is also important that the new employee in addition to the ability to work in a team, also disposes of own initiative  and is in a position to solve problems independently.

Full-time job for the suitable aspirant with contract and fixed salary.
