The index of Fotocasa (Fotocasa is a Spanish real estate portal) is created in January 2005 and consists of 100 units.
The recorded units are used properties in resale - the publication occurs monthly. It covers the offer price, if the actual selling price matches the offer price is not understandable. To the overall index there is a possibility, to divide the index for each region, by which one approaches at least geographically.
Reliable data is there but only in urban areas. In the small tourist towns are no or insufficient data.
